It was a rare moment of agreement and cooperation when all six New England states told the region’s electric grid operator to start including climate change in its mission and stop dragging its feet on climate solutions.
It’s been three years and we’re still waiting. In fact, ISO-New England continues to stiff-arm the states on their request to wean the region off fossil fuels and help create real markets for wind and solar power.
