Our Benefits

Healthcare

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield, including coverage for domestic partners. Our medical plans cover fertility treatments, gender-affirming care, mental health, and wellness services.
  • Health Savings Account with an employer contribution for employees enrolled in the CLF high deductible medical plan
  • Reimbursement of $400/month for opting out of our health plan
  • Flexible Spending Accounts for health care, childcare, and commuting with an employer subsidy for transit expenses
  • Paid Family Medical Leave (PFML) plans for employees in MA, RI, and CT. For employees based in ME, NH, and CT whose states do not have PFML laws, CLF offers the option to enroll in the MA PFML plan through a private insurer.
  • Wellness benefits including subsidized ClassPass membership and fitness reimbursements through Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Time Off

  • Generous paid time off: 8 personal days, 15 vacation days (20 after 4 years), 10 sick days, and 12 paid holidays per year for full-time staff (pro-rated for part-time).
  • Parental Leave: 12 weeks fully paid regardless of gender, with additional benefits through Paid Family Medical Leave plans.
  • Alternate work arrangement policy with flexibility for remote/hybrid work and hours.

  • Paid Sabbatical Policy after seven years of continuous service
