R. Todd Cronan, Esq.

Todd Cronan comes to CLF via the Access to Justice Fellows Program, a collaboration of The Lawyers Clearinghouse and the Massachusetts Access to Justice Commission.  Todd handled a wide range of litigation and investigative matters at Goodwin Procter LLP, where he is transitioning from a Senior Partner to Counsel role. While at Goodwin, Todd was a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Chair of its Shareholder Litigation and White Collar Defense group. Todd lives in Winchester, Massachusetts and is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law school.  Todd enjoys hiking, skiing, digging in the garden, and spending time with his children and five grandchildren.
