Seth Gadbois (they/he) is a Clean Transportation Staff Attorney working in transportation as it relates to Environmental Justice and Clean Energy & Climate Change. Prior to re-joining CLF (after being an intern in Spring 2020), Seth practiced as a public defender in their hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. Seth fell in love with Boston as a student at Northeastern Law, where they rode the MBTA and walked everywhere possible. Seth brings the passion and grit of being a public defender into the world of transportation advocacy, where they fight for better transit across New England, particularly focusing on how we can all have a better public transportation system, greater and safer access to bicycle infrastructure, and cleaner personal-use vehicles. In their personal time, Seth enjoys cooking, reading, looking at bears, dancing, and playing with their three cats.

Seth has a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, with a concentration in Environmental Justice and Poverty Law & Economic Justice, a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Kentucky, and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Kentucky.
