Dominique White is the Program Coordinator for CLF’s People, Culture, and Equity department. In this role, she works to advance inclusion and a welcoming culture for all employees at CLF. She collaborates cross-organizationally to offer staff and volunteers resources and tools to apply an equity lens to the work they are doing for CLF.
Prior to joining CLF, Dominique worked in higher education as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion advocate. In this role, she assisted in implementing a new core curriculum, staff wide diversity trainings, and virtual anti-racist trainings for students and staff during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. She has also worked alongside lawmakers and non-profits to advance gender equity in policy and programs in the state of Maryland. She joins CLF with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion experience in the non-profit, government contracting, and education sectors. Dominique has a BA in Political Science and a Minor in Philosophy from Towson University, and she has devoted her life’s work to creating equitable solutions to the problems plaguing historically marginalized communities.
