Anthea Dexter-Cooper is a Senior Attorney for CLF Vermont, where she works in the Clean Energy and Climate Change program.
Prior to joining CLF, Anthea was an attorney in the Office of Legislative Counsel for the Vermont General Assembly, where she drafted and testified on laws related to transportation, staffed the Legislative Committee on Administrative Rules, and provided other nonpartisan legal services to members of the Vermont General Assembly.
Anthea holds a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and is admitted to practice in Vermont and New York and before the District of Vermont and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
